Visitation will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (335 Dairyland Dr, Milton, WI 53563). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in Jack's name at a later date.
