He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mades and Lydia Mades (Becker); his wife Jackie; and his siblings, Viola Garbers, Maynard Mades, Vernetta Fish, Marlin Mades, Waldemar Mades, Lorraine Hunter and Dean.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Anderson of Janesville, Dan Mades (Kathy) of Janesville and Frederick Mades (Heidi Kelly) of Waukesha; his grandchildren, Tiffany Anderson (Jarrod Ryan), Taylor Paschke (Matt), Kyle Mades (Tiffany Trowbridge), Austin Mades (Tori) and Brendan Mades (Tabitha Groh); his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Ray (Tony) and Kelly Lancaster (Nate); his great grandchildren, Chase, Ella, Hudson, Adley, Liam, Vincent, Wesley and Jett; and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Mades and Mike Ray (Jean). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
