He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sheehy and Bette Sheehy (Glennen). He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Michael Sheehy of McHenry, IL, Heather Aitken (Irving) of Antioch, IL and Kristi Sheehy of Johnsburg, IL; his grandchildren, Haley, Ryan Aitken, Roman and Everlee Dimitrenko; his sisters, Sheila St. Aubin and Marguerite "Peggy" Obenauf (Doug); and his niece Meg Obenauf. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
You may have seen him handing out Tootsie Rolls, collecting donations for the Knights of Columbus at a Johnsburg intersection or making and serving breakfast at an Easter Egg hunt at the church.
