He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Sonja Collins; and his brothers, Larry and Thomas Collins. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Lancour; his children, Kathy Howard (Dale) of Newville and Michael Collins of Edgerton; his grandchildren, Kali Good, Laci McKaig and Eric Collins; his great grandchild Addelyn Montgomery; and his sisters, Pat Kratochwill of Oak Grove, MN, Joyce "Jo" Robinson of Hudson and Kerry Mach of LaCrosse. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
