He is survived by: his children, Michael Smith (Gabrielle) of Essex Junction, VT, Kevin Carlson (Janeth) of San Jose, CA, Harold Smith (Christy) of Madison, David Smith (Lisa) of Janesville, Laura Connors (Pat) of Beloit, Donald Smith of Janesville and Jamie Coplien (Ted) of Reedsburg; his grandchildren, Ryan, Katelyn, Amber, Hannah, Caroline, Christian, Nicholas, Carter, Xavier and Prairie; his great grandchildren, Karson, Kory, Nolan, Emma and Taylor; and his siblings, Allen Carlson of Fort Atkinson, James Carlson (Carol) of Edgerton and Eileen Olsen (Bruce) of Beloit. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
