He is survived by: his wife Charlotte V. Jensen; his children, Thomas Ellingson of Beloit, Justine Reckard (Matt) of Edgerton and Douglas (Dena) of Fox Point; his grandchildren, David, Ryan (Tara), Zach (Amber), Josh (Leslie), Rianne, Alex and Isaac; and his great grandchildren, Adam, Logan, Riley and Lexi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
