He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Warren Robert and Patricia Mae Phelps, Sr. (Bresnahan); his brothers, Warren (Steven Lome), Ronald (Tamra), Patrick Phelps and Robert Clark-Phelps (Marie); and his nieces and nephews, Brian, John, Greg, Chris, Brandon, Brendan, Thomas, Teresa and Christine.
