He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Nelson and Helen Nelson (Lund); his daughter Diane Nelson; and his siblings, Rollin Nelson and Kathryn Pierce.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Duane Nelson (Donna) of Edgerton and Debbie Nelson of Janesville; his grandchildren, Donovan Nelson (Monique), Dylan Nelson (Stevie) and Danielle Nelson; and his great grandchildren, Dane, Dierks, Grace and Henry.
