He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Saunders and Mildred "Betty" Saunders (Babcock); his son Scotty Saunders; his siblings, Keith Saunders and Judy Saunders; and his siblings-in-law, Willard Fessenden and Barb Fessenden.
He is survived by: his wife Kathie Saunders (Fessenden); his daughter Crystal Beyer (Brian) of Milton; his grandchildren, Zach and Kenzie; his siblings, Wyn Saunders, Herbie Saunders (Karen) and Dave Saunders (Sue); and his siblings-in-law, Vicki, John Simon, Deb Young and Bill Fessenden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
