He is survived by: his children, Gabriella Bemis, Elizabeth Bemis, Emma Bemis, Serafina Mitchell and Lillian Bemis; his grandson Theodore Bemis; and his siblings, Anita Bemis and Richard Bemis (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
