He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Farrington and Vera Farrington Sr. (Langworthy); and his siblings, Robert, Wayne, Elizabeth and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Quinn; his children, Ruth Farrington of Janesville, Barb Hemenway (Kevin) of Edgerton and Ed Farrington of Edgerton; his grandchildren, Mathew Hemenway (Krissy, family: Ryan, Evan, Gavin, Keean, Quinn) and Elizabeth Hemenway (Jerod Carlson); his great grandchild Bowen; his grandsons, Dewey Hemenway (Aly, family: Corin, Piper, Evelyn) and Heath Hemenway (Devi Knutson); his great grandchild Parker; and his sisters, Mary Nicolaus (Ed) of Edgerton, Jeannie Doran of Monona and Carol Winner (John) of McFarland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Edgerton; Agrace Hospice, Janesville; St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Janesville and Badger Honor Flight.
