He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart T. Decker and Mary A. Decker (Havens); his wife Carol J. Geske; and his siblings, Noreen Decker, James Decker and Kenneth Decker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Bartell (Bob) of Appleton and Denise Halvensleben (Mike) of Evansville; his grandchildren, Ryan Bartell (Kandace), Tiffany Bartell, David Halvensleben (Courtney), Jessica Halvensleben (Mallary) and Joshua Halvensleben (Megan); his great grandchildren, Beau, Landon, Ethan, Kayley and Carter; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Nordmeyer and Dean Myklejord. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
