He was predeceased by: his father Hugh Newman; his brother Steven Newman; and his brother-in-law David Knetter. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Newman (Paszek); his children, Dustin Newman (Krystal) and Tiffany Crawford (Kyle); his grandchildren, Payge (Truman Shull), Traetyn, Blaynne, Halley and Austin; his former wife Frances Newman; and his siblings, Cindy Knetter, Connie Hand (Darrell), Brian Newman and Gary Newman (Cindy). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Catholic Church - Edgar (103 N 4th Ave, Edgar, WI 54426). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
