She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Szuminski and Helen Szuminski; and her son Gerald. She is survived by: her husband Frank L. Jagodzinski; her daughter Sharon Ross (Randy); her grandson Ryan Ross (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Marcus and Caliana Ross; and her sister-in-law Gloria Szuminski (Sylvian).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jolanta's name can be directed to St. John the Baptist Catholic School in Edgar.
