He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebastian Christiansen and Martha Christiansen (Gribowski); his in-laws, Herbert and Caroline Passehl; his brother Leroy (Lynn); and his brother-in-law Ardell Emon.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Passehl of John's Lutheran Church; his children, Robyn (Marge) and Scott (Lisa); his grandsons, Steven (Jackie Jozefiak) of Chicago, IL and Derek (Sabrina) of Plano, TX; his siblings, Kenneth (Kay), Edgar, Patricia Emon, Kevin (Geri) and Fenwood; and his siblings-in-law, Ardell Passehl (Nancy), Rod Passehl (Mary Jean) and Lynn Christiansen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Hope Lutheran Church memorial fund.
