He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jagodzinski, and Catherine Jagodzinski, Sr. (Urmanski); his wife Jolanta Szuminski; his son Gerald; and his siblings, Irene Wrycha, Virginia Conrad, Dennis Jagodzinski and Joseph.

He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Ross (Randy); his grandson Ryan Ross (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Marcus and Caliana Ross; and his sister-in-law Gloria Szuminski.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Frank's name can be directed to St. John the Baptist Catholic School in Edgar.
