He is survived by: his children, Juanita Murphy, Debbie Ferguson (Kelly), Laura Neu (Michael), Steve Mayer (Diane) and Tom Mayer (Joanna). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; and other relatives.
