He was predeceased by: his parents, John Uelmen and Dora Uelmen of Eden, WI.; his brother Joseph Uelmen; his daughter Tanya Uelmen; his sister Vikki Abler; his parents-in-law, Edward and Betty Groh; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Abler, Johnny Young, Steven Groh, Mark Groh, Scott Groh and Traci Reseburg.
He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, John T. "Travis" Uelmen and Heather Keller (Scott); his stepchildren, Christina Plummer (Ryan), Stacey Leach (Tom), Ashley Thoreson (Mikel Liebelt) and Russell "Rusty" Ebert (Danielle); his siblings, Betty Young and Jeff Uelmen (Maryann); his sister-in-law Kelly Groh Schmitz; and his pets, Diesel and Chelsea. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
