John R. Salter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2022, at the age of 87, John R. Salter of Eden, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Salter and Valeria Salter (Prindiville); his parents-in-law, Harold and Ruth Grahl; his siblings, Tom and Sheila Engel; his brother-in-law Allan Engel; and his sister Mary Schill.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Jim Salter (Diane Fletcher), Colleen Dreher (Dave Moser), Patty Salter, Dan Salter (Shelly) and Michelle Kissinger (Mike); his grandchildren, Kyle Salter, Colin Salter (Sarah), Cameron Salter (Katie Lindsley), Kate Salter, Chad Dreher (Nicole), Kristen Lytle (Dani), Easton Dreher (Emily), Derek Dreher (Diana), Ashley Lindsley (Ryan), Dustin Salter (Heather Hintz), Connor Kissinger, Amber Kissinger and Amy Kissinger; and his siblings-in-law, Mary, Melvin Gantner, Bill, Karen Grahl, Gary, Janice Grahl and Jerry Schill. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be donated to Shepherd of the Hills Parish or the Eden Fire Department.
