She was predeceased by: her brothers, Jack Rothe and John Erkus. She is survived by: her husband Gordon; her children, Jeff Hielsberg (Janice), Kurt Hielsberg (Wendy) and Lori Van Airsdale (Chris Stapleton); her grandchildren, Devon Hielsberg, Sam Hielsberg (Isabella), Sarah Hielsberg, Brent Hielsberg (Meghan), Carson Hielsberg and Cole Van Airsdale; and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Josephine.

In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
