He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Peterson and Elizabeth Peterson (Williams); his son Steven Peterson; his grandson Wyatt Galligan; and his pet Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene J. Nally; his children, James Peterson (Joanne), Jeffrey Peterson (Wendy), Michael Peterson (Gail) and Deborah Wellso (Nyle); his grandchildren, Justin Peterson (Courtney Pattee), Kimberly Murach (Rob), Stephen Peterson, Miranda Galligan (Cody Schrauth), Christopher Peterson (Samantha Spanbauer), Savannah Galligan (Kaylan Reible), Jacob Peterson, Calvin Peterson, Jonathon Peterson, Nyall and Allyson Wellso; his great grandchildren, Christian, Liam, Sofia Murach and Emersyn Peterson; and his sisters, Sally Meyer (Matt) and Susan Schneiter (Joel). He is also survived by his dog, Buddy; nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
