He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Flood and Catherine Flood (Merjay); his parents-in-law, Clarence and Irene Eichar; and his brother-in-law Francis Dwyer.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his sons, Timothy Flood (Stacy) of Coos Bay, Daniel Flood (Lisa Schulze) and James Flood (Cynthia) of Fond du Lac; his stepdaughter Christine Stout (Jerry) of Summerville; his sister Mary Dwyer of Plymouth; his sisters-in-law, Roberta Young (Steven) and Kelly Mosher of Wooster, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Sarah Niemira (Shayne), Andrew Schad (Thayra), Olivia Schad (Kendall Little), Nathan Flood, Samuel Flood and Jackson Schad; and his great grandchildren, Ruby and Ryker Niemira. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
