She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Burkart and Olivia Burkart (Hecker); her husband Lawrence Kohlmann; and her siblings, Mary Herber (Frank), Catherine Schaefer, Rose Poch (Ray), Joseph (Helena), Leo (Delores), Arthur and Francis Burkart.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Cabellero (Luis) of Mayville, Richard (Jan) of Milwaukee, Thomas of Appleton, Timothy of Waldo, Donald (SueAnn) of Kiel and Kenneth of Waldo; her grandchildren, Michael (Debora), Steven (Sandra), Daniel (Stephanie), Scott (Gina), Luke (Brittney), James Kohlmann (Cortney) and Mindy Artz (Tim); and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Arabella, Clarissa, Veronica, Dorthy, Colton, Dalton, Paige, Payton, Ava, Aly and Artz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
