He was predeceased by: his mother Orpha Baier (Easterson). He is survived by: his father Roger Baier (Judy Hutter) of Durand; his wife Becky of Henry's Catholic Church; his children, Joe Jr. (Haley) of Eau Galle, Luke (Haley) of Eau Galle and Hannah Baier (Tyler) of Eau Galle; his grandson Tate; his sisters, Wendy Gruber (Charlie) of Eau Galle and Cindy Prissel (Rob) of Eau Galle; his parents-in-law, Jim and Donna Weber of Eau Claire; and his sisters-in-law, Cathy Erickson (Matt) of Prairie Farm and Janell Weber (Brian Herman) of Roseville, MN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Rhiel Funeral Home (615 12th Ave E, Durand, WI 54736). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (911 W Prospect St, Durand, WI 54736).
