The memory of Willard Lewis Burce of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, born in Marshall, Michigan, who passed away on October 4, 2024 at the age of 100, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Burce and Alma O. Burce (Knudtson) of Washington Township; and his siblings, Sheridan, Charles E., John, Doris Olsen and Phyllis Sherman.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Gregory (Jan), Amy, Jerome (Nancy), Mary Burce Warlick (James), Juliana Tanning (Brian) and Carrie Koehn (Myron); and his grandchildren, Simon, Martin, Elizabeth, Kathryn, Robin, Jamie, Jason, Jordan, Aaron, Rachel, Micah, Hannah, Rebekah and Grace. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Matthew Lutheran Church (1915 Hogeboom Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
