He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Evans and Dorothy Evans of Ladysmith, Wisconsin.; and his granddaughter Britney Burkhart. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Evans, Jennifer Evans, Joshua Evans, Melissa McHugh and Brandon Ariate; and his grandchildren, Ariel Evans, CJ Burkhart and Evan Bartz. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
