He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Simons and Lucille Simons (Binneboese); his wife Patricia A. Hoff; and his sister Sharon. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Myers (Shawn) of Eau Claire, Tracey Simons (Nordell Young) of Eau Claire and Thomas Scott Simons of Eau Claire; his grandchildren, Keenan Myers (Tymber), Kylie Myers and Landon Simons; and his great grandchild Amiah Myers. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, in-laws.
