It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan J. Colburn of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Susan J. Colburn to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Tibbitts and Dorothy Tibbitts (Nelson); her pets, Teddy, Rusty and Zoey; and her brother David Tibbitts.

She is survived by: her friend Ron Lee; her significant other Nathan Green; her brother Tom Tibbitts (Shirley); her niece Tara Tibbitts (Ryan Franz); and her great-nieces, Julia, Clara and Kathleen Stinson.

“When I remember Sue I think of the thrift sales at her house or at my house. Arlene my Mom and Dorothy Her Mom would have them together for years. Later on Mom and I would have our own and Sue would come with her Mom Dorothy. We always had SO much fun at them!! It was the one place that we would all catch up on the family news. We were second cousins but always stayed in touch. I send my heartfelt condolences to Nate, Tom and all other family and friends. Sue will be greatly missed! Barb”
