He is survived by: his father Del Polzin; his wife Tammy; his sons, Ryan and Tyler; his brother Mark Polzin (Megan); his sisters-in-law, Debby Young (Joe) and Diane Engebrecht (Rick); his father-in-law Arlan; his nieces and nephews, Michael, Neil, Nolan Polzin, Suzanne Marquardt (Jason), Mathew Young (Codi) and Marie Tutlewski (John); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jasmine, Kayla, Jackson, Brooks and Sammy.
