She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John LaRock, Kenneth Mittelstadt, Lorraine Mittelstadt and Arlene Lund. She is survived by: her parents, Carolyn Duffenbach (Dennis) and Allan Mittelstadt (Gayle); her grandmother Avis LaRock; and her siblings, Stacy Erickson (Chad), Shelli Tracy (Kevin), Sherri Gibson (Andy), Todd Johnson (Michelle), Scott Johnson, Troy Mittelstadt (Jen), Matt Duffenbach (Rachel) and Shaun Duffenbach (Katie Evans). She is also survived by Uncles, her nieces, nephew and great nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Sarah's name go to a local humane society of your choice.
