He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Langkamp; his sons, Matthew Langkamp (Katie), Peter Hazuga and Christopher Hazuga (Jamie); his siblings, Mary Langkamp, Thomas Buss, Terri Krukowski (Patrice) and Bobbi Buss-Laabs; his niece Cheyenne Shaw (Keinan); and his granddaughters, Sophia Hazuga, Courtney Hazuga, Maya Hazuga and River Langkamp.
