It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Gerald Munden (Eau Claire, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 25, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Robert shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Robert farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Munden and Cora Munden. He is survived by: his wife Boletta Nau; his sister Betty Ann Anderson of Minneapolis; and his children, Scott Munden (Ruth), Todd Munden (Peggy), Mary Kruschke (Karl), Doug Munden (Jeanine) and Jane Munden. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St John's Lutheran Church (1804 Highland Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54701). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers or plants, the family requests that donations be made in Bob's memory to Feed My People or a charity of your choice.

“I had the pleasure of getting to know Bob and Boletta after moving into the condo next to them. They were a joy to be around. Bob always with a golf story and wanting to see my new Driver or asking me to come and have a beverage with he and his Bride. He was a very sweet and happy guy with always some insight or story to tell. Since they moved it just hasn't been the same. I miss both of them and it is with great sadness to hear of Bob's passing!”
