He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Steitz and Cahterine Steitz (Watters); his brother Thomas Steitz; and his grandson Tyler Nelson. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Gift (Kevin) of Washington Crossing, PA and Kathryn Steitz-Fine (William) of Eau Claire; and his siblings, Sally Honeck, Mary Steitz and William Steitz. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.
