It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Edward Mitchell (Eau Claire, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Mitchell and Louise Mitchell (Erdman). He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his children, Bruce and Amy; and his grandson Matthew.

He received awards and other certificates from the American Legion and Red Cross for blood donation.
