It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Mitchell of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 24, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Mitchell and Marilyn Mitchell (Wolzen). He is survived by: his wife Carol Larsen; his son John (Amy) of Davidson, NC; his granddaughter Emily; his sister Claire Durkopp (Richard) of Puyallup, WA; and his cousins, Jeff Mitchell (Heidi) of Aitken, MN and Jay Mitchell of Spokane, WA. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and friends.
