He was predeceased by: his parents, Cordie Jr. and Marlene Blodgett (Church); and his grandparents, Arthur, Ruby Church, Cordie Jr. and Velma Blodgett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Waterhouse (Bruce) of New Auburn and Paul Blodgett (Debbie Smith) of New Auburn; his aunt Carol Lindberg of Superior; and his uncle Marvin Church of Clear Lake. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
