He is survived by: his wife Marjorie; his children, Shannon, Heather Mowery (Lon) and Corey Lewis (Kari); his grandchildren, Carter Lewis, Claire, Ella Lewis, Chase and Camden Mowery; and his siblings, Cheryl Knudsen (Linus), Sue Mikesell, Randi Nelson (Larry), Mary Lewis, Steve Lewis (Sharon) and David Lewis.
