He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Webb, (Willa Mae) and Earl Webb, Sr.; and his son Stephen. He is survived by: his children, Scott Webb (Cindy) and Amy Stenslie; his grandchildren, David, Adam Webb, Sara and Jacob Stenslie; and his siblings, Earl Webb, Jr. (Patricia) and Vicki Svedarsky (Dan). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
