She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Walters; her daughter Heather Walters; her sister Jackie Skaaland; and her brothers-in-law, Reuben Skaaland and Bob Walters.
She is survived by: her children, Karl Walters (Suzie), Melissa Haller and Melinda Nyseth (David); her grandchildren, Nathan Walters (Katie), Seth Walters (Alom), Katie Horner (Caleb), Kaleb Walters (Ali), Jake Holmberg (Nancy), Abby Nyseth (Luke Kasten), Thane Nyseth, Garrett Haller and Maddy Haller; her great grandchildren, Soren Walters, Arlo Walters, Julian Holmberg and Horner; her siblings, Tom York (Jane), Kay York and Debbie Sherwood; and her siblings-in-law, Janice Nelson (Jack), Connie Gomm and Jeff Walters. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of memorials, donations may be made to Bobs House for Dogs or the Eau Claire County Humane Society.
