She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Floren and Bernice Floren; and her sister Rosalie Marie Floren. She is survived by: her children, Carrie Elizabeth (Phillip Richardson) and David Christopher (Pamela Lastrilla); her husband Norman; her daughter Leah; her grandchildren, Joseph, Kate, Jordan, Maya, Wesley, Samuel, Nicole, Carly and Austin; her great grandchildren, Riley, Elsie and Maddilynn; her brother Kenneth Floren (Adele Rick); and her great grandchild Judy. She is also survived by numerous relatives, lifelong friends, and many friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hope United Methodist Church (2233 Golf Rd, Eau Claire, WI 54701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Judy's name to the Hope United Methodist Church of Eau Claire (hope-eauclaire.org), or Beacon House of Eau Claire (http://www.familypromisecv.org), or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org).
