As Joy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Joy. Though Joy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Roach (Iva) of Franklin, KY, Tina Roach of Jacksonville, NC and Teresa Martinez (Moises) of Wichita, KS; and her pet Leonardo DeKitty. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Community Center (4299 Mill Ridge Cir, Eau Claire, WI 54703).
In lieu of flowers, memories in Joy's honor are appreciated and may be designated to the Grand Theater in Eau Claire: 201 W. Grand Ave, Eau Claire, WI.
