He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Hawkins Moore and Alice Winifred Bassett; and his brother Robert Moore. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Lindquist; his daughter Kathryn Eakright (Blake); his siblings, James (Nova Smith) of Evanston, IL and Donna Habermeyer of Madison, WI; and his sister-in-law Gwen Moore of Coon Rapids. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
