He was predeceased by: his father John Berg; and his son-in-law Brandon Lee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Miller; his children, Amanda Lee and Cory (Nicole); and his siblings, Teri, Tammy, Tanya (Dan), Jerry (Leanne), Tom (Cindy) and Jack (Jamie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
