John left this world on February 7, 2025 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Albertson and Helen Albertson (Heckathorn); his sisters, Vicki Sandvig (Gene) and Diane Paulsrud (Mike); and his brother-in-law Mike Bean (Cheryl).
He is survived by: his sons, Chris (Ashley) and Matthew Albertson; his granddaughters, Capri and Haven; his sisters, Cheryl Bean (Mike) and Linda Shay; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Sandvig (Vicki) and Mike Paulsrud (Diane). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces/nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lenmark Gomsrud Linn Funeral & Cremation Services (814 1st Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54703). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (1500 Buffington Dr, Eau Claire, WI 54703).
