She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence P. Eggleston; her sons, James and Carl Eggleston; her parents, Paul Oldenburg and Irene Oldenburg; and her sister Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Mably (Tom), Jennifer Drayton (Bob) and Kiki Backoff (Greg); her grandchildren, Jami Fritz (Jon), Elizabeth Mably (Tommy Wilson), Nicholas Drayton (Liz), Joshua Eggleston (Erin Clark), Benjamin Drayton (Sierra), Samantha Backoff and Emma Backoff; and her great grandchildren, Alexys Estrada, Theo Drayton, Grayson Fritz, Madi Drayton, Liza Clark and Leo Clark.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church (1601 Avenue F, Sterling, IL 61081). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
