He is survived by: his significant other Cheri Hestekin Ulberg; his children, Dawn LaVigne (Kail), Darin Weber (Kristie), Michelle Cady (Shawn) and Paul Ulberg; his grandchildren, Levi Baier, Kaylee Baier, Graceanne Sevesind, Makayla Sevesind, Tessa Ulberg, Jager Ulberg, Kiya Ulberg, Alyssa Weber and Ava Weber; his great grandchild Tucker Peterson; his siblings, Sharon Prudlick (Ed), Dennis Ulberg (Maxine) and Carmen Swartz; his siblings-in-law, JoAnne Ward (Mike) and Gary Hestekin; his aunt Betty Bennett; his nephews, Jerry Ulberg, Chad Ulberg, Greg Ulberg, Jason Swartz and Bradley Swartz; and also, Jim and Cheri.
