He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Stoeger and Rosemary Stoeger; his brother James; and his pet Onyx. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Michael, Christopher (Lisa), Mark (Cassie), Ben and Kathryn (Don); and his siblings, Bill and Carol Ann. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chippewa Valley Cremation Services (1717 Devney Dr, Altoona, WI 54720). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
