We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Elon DeSmith of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elon O. DeSmith and Dorothy DeSmith (Rasmussen); and his wife Barbara Palewicz. He is survived by: his children, James (Joe) and Desmith Hastings (Lisa); his granddaughters, Jill Kubiak Eau Claire (Michael), Felicia DeSmith and Barbara DeSmith; and his stepgrandchildren, Sidney Millard and Samantha Millard.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Church of Good Shepard (1120 Cedar St, Eau Claire, WI 54703). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Church (1120 Cedar St, Eau Claire, WI 54703).
