It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Alden Losby of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Losby and Myrtle Losby (Hanshus); his siblings, George Losby (Sharon), Marion Johnson (Rupert) and Josephine Hanson (Kenneth); and his former wife Janet Losby Hoover.
He is survived by: his children, Julia A Losby (Doug Peterson) of Tennessee, Susan Barnes (Kent) of Oregon, Edward Losby of Washington, Bill Losby (Anne) of Wisconsin and Jane Robertson (Ken) of Arizona; and his close friend Therese Rippley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home & Cremation Services (814 1st Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54703). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
