She was predeceased by: her parents, Thorvald Faanes and Edna Faanes; her siblings, Rose Faanes and John Faanes; and her brother-in-law Marvin Thompson (Robert Bauer).
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Thomas (Kelsey Lowe); her stepson Cory Thomas (Robyn); her grandchildren, Joshua, Jordan Thomas and Isabell Kaplar (Izzy); her siblings, Janet Thompson of Eau Claire, WI, Helen Faanes of Eau Claire, WI, Mary Westerberg (Randy) of Eau Claire, WI, Pam Faanes of Eau Claire, WI and Kim Bauer of Eleva, WI; and also Missy Thomas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (2226 Eddy Ln, Eau Claire, WI 54703). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
